These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NEO Dumpster Dudez website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Relationship to Rental Terms
These Terms cover your use of the website only. Your dumpster rental — including accepted materials, weight limits, fees, liability, and waivers — is governed by our separate Rental Terms (Rules, Regulations & Waiver), which apply automatically to every rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Terms regarding a rental, the Rental Terms control for that rental.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data without our permission
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Dumpster Dudez name and mascot, and design — are owned by NEO Dumpster Dudez or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes related to our services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Pricing, service areas, availability, and other details may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; rentals are subject to confirmation and to our Rental Terms.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEO Dumpster Dudez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEO Dumpster Dudez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Liability relating to a rental is addressed in our Rental Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Trumbull County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
