No separate signature is required unless we request one.

- Any regulated, hazardous, medical, radioactive, or liquid waste
You are solely responsible for ensuring that only accepted materials are placed in the dumpster, including by anyone you allow to use it. Disposal of prohibited materials may result in additional fees, chargebacks for special handling and disposal, refusal of service, and reimbursement to NEO Dumpster Dudez for any fines, penalties, cleanup costs, or landfill charges we incur as a result. If hazardous or prohibited materials are discovered, you authorize us to return the affected materials to your property or arrange lawful disposal at your expense.
Weight Limits and Overages
- Each dumpster rental includes a maximum of 4 tons of waste.
- Any weight over 4 tons will be charged $50 per additional ton or portion thereof.
- Dumpsters must be loaded level with the rim. Nothing may extend above the top edge of the container.
- Overfilled, uneven, or unsafe loads may be rejected or partially unloaded on site at the Customer’s expense. For safety and legal road-weight limits, we may decline to haul any container we determine to be overloaded until it is brought into compliance.
Appliances
- Appliances are accepted only if placed at the back of the dumpster, by the door.
- NEO Dumpster Dudez must be notified in advance if appliances will be disposed of.
- Additional fees may apply depending on appliance type. Appliances containing refrigerants (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners) may require separate handling and are otherwise prohibited unless expressly approved by us in advance.
Rental Period, Delivery, and Pickup
- Your rental includes a standard rental period as quoted at the time of booking. Additional days beyond the agreed period may be subject to a daily or extended-rental fee.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up on the scheduled dates, but delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, permitting, site access, and other factors outside our control.
- Once the container is full, at the end of your rental period, or upon your request, contact us to schedule pickup. You remain responsible for the container and its contents until it is removed.
Placement, Access, and Permits
- You must provide a clear, level, and accessible area for delivery and pickup.
- The area in front of and around the dumpster must be free of vehicles, low-hanging wires, tree limbs, debris, or other obstructions at the time of both delivery and removal. If our driver cannot safely access the site, a dry-run, re-delivery, or re-attempt fee may apply.
- Once placed, dumpsters may not be moved by the Customer under any circumstances. If relocation is required after placement and the driver has departed, an additional fee will apply.
- You are responsible for obtaining and paying for any permits required to place a dumpster on a street, right-of-way, or public property, and for complying with any homeowners’ association (HOA), municipal, or other placement rules that apply to your property. Any fines or citations arising from placement are your responsibility.
- You are responsible for identifying and disclosing the location of any private underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, wells, drainage, or similar features at the placement site. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground or concealed features.
- NEO Dumpster Dudez drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery or placement if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of dumpster drop-off unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Check
- Zelle
- Credit card (3.5% processing fee applies)
- Any additional charges — including overage, extended-rental, relocation, prohibited-material, or cleanup fees — are due upon invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, and you agree to reimburse us for reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees. Returned checks are subject to a returned-item fee.
Customer Responsibilities
- The Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster or its components while on their property, however caused. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
- The Customer must provide a clear, accessible area for delivery and pickup, and keep the area around the dumpster free of vehicles, debris, or obstructions at the time of removal.
- The Customer must not overload the container, load prohibited materials, or allow the container to be used by unauthorized parties.
- Once placed, dumpsters may not be moved, tampered with, or modified by the Customer.
- The Customer must ensure that all materials fit within the container and do not extend above the rim.
Service Description; Dumpster Use Limitations
The service provided by NEO Dumpster Dudez is a waste removal service. The dumpster placed at the Customer’s location is a tool used solely to facilitate the collection and transport of waste materials by NEO Dumpster Dudez personnel. The Customer receives no rental, lease, or possessory interest in the dumpster at any time.
The dumpster may only be used for the deposit of acceptable waste materials as outlined in these terms. The Customer may not move, reposition, loan, sublease, or otherwise transfer the dumpster, nor may the Customer use it for any purpose other than depositing waste for removal by NEO Dumpster Dudez. The dumpster remains the exclusive property and under the exclusive control of NEO Dumpster Dudez at all times during the service period.
Assumption of Risk; Property Damage Disclaimer
Dumpster delivery trucks and loaded containers are heavy. Surface conditions such as pavement thickness, driveway quality, sidewalks, and lawns may be susceptible to damage from the weight of the truck or container.
By requesting delivery to a particular location, you accept the risk of surface and property damage inherent in placing a heavy container there, and you direct us to place the container at that location. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEO Dumpster Dudez is not responsible for damage to:
- Driveways
- Pavement
- Sidewalks
- Lawns
- Curbs
- Underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, wells, or drainage
- Any other surfaces, landscaping, or structures resulting from truck weight, container placement, delivery, or removal
If you are concerned about surface damage, you may request that we place plywood or boards under the container’s contact points; even so, placement is at your risk. Our drivers rely on your direction as to where the container may safely be placed.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NEO Dumpster Dudez and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the dumpster or the service; (b) the placement of prohibited or hazardous materials in the dumpster; (c) overloading of the container; (d) damage to persons or property caused by the container while in your possession or control; (e) your failure to obtain required permits or to comply with HOA, municipal, or other rules; or (f) your breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEO Dumpster Dudez’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim. NEO Dumpster Dudez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or damage to surfaces, landscaping, or structures, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Insurance and Force Majeure
We maintain insurance as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms shifts to us responsibility for materials, permits, site conditions, or property damage that these terms place on you. NEO Dumpster Dudez is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, road or site conditions, equipment failure, labor shortages, or governmental action.
Governing Law; Severability; Entire Agreement
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Trumbull County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms, together with any written quote or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEO Dumpster Dudez regarding the service and supersede any prior understandings. We may update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time you schedule a rental governs that rental.
Waiver and Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a dumpster rental with NEO Dumpster Dudez, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All terms and conditions on this page apply automatically to every rental.
- NEO Dumpster Dudez is not liable for surface or property damage caused by delivery, placement, or removal, as described above.
- The Customer assumes the risks and responsibilities set out in these terms, including for permits, site conditions, prohibited materials, and overloading.
